Hmmmm, so nice to be below 130. Wish it was real, but, unfortunately it may not last. It's the thyroid meds...too much. Once we get that regulated to where it needs to be, then we shall see what happens with the weight. Maybe on this new stuff, once we get it where it needs to be, then I won't struggle so much with my weight. Anyhow, my goal for last year was to severely limit refined sugar, white flour, and preservatives. When I monitored my food (which I'm really bad at), I found that I had increased my fiber intake. This year my goal is to refine what I started last year. I will eat a high fiber diet which will mean eating more beans and legumes. This should also help my blood sugar, I hope. I will continue to reduce the amount of refined sugar, white flour and preservatives in my diet. I will also endeavor to do some kind of exercise 4-6 days a week. My goal as far as exercise goes is to firm up this year. Not just maintain a healthy weight, but to strengthen my body. I may have to rethink my exercise regimen, approach it differently.
