I really need to get a better scale to weigh myself on. I have two, the one I've gone off of has held steady at 320lbs for quite a few days now and just finally gave it up to 318lbs this morning. The other has had me at dropping below 300 and has me today at 290lbs.
I think I need a third opinion. lol

Put in a 9 mile hike today. From Mount Vernon to Gambier and back again, along the Kokosing Gap trail. Hurt like heck, but it felt good to get out on a cold day and put forth the exercise.
