It's the end of the month. Weight is down to 307.4, I'm 7.5 lbs from my first goal of 299.9 by April 24th. Up to 35 crunches and 20 push-ups per session with 3 sessions per day. Still putting in a min of 3.2 miles per day. Today I put in a total of 7.2 miles.

Fell off the wagon for the past month or so. I'm happy to see that I didn't regain a lot of the weight I had lost, but I am a month behind on what I could have been losing.
I still managed to get out and hike 3 miles on most days, at least 3-4 days a week. Weather was a major factor in limiting my walking since the ice made taking a walk more dangerous than worth while.
I'm still hopeful in achieving my goal of being below 300, if not down to 280, by my birthday.
We purchased a new scale since we had concerns about the old one. This one is digital so the numbers are more accurate and precise.
