It's the end of the month. Weight is down to 307.4, I'm 7.5 lbs from my first goal of 299.9 by April 24th. Up to 35 crunches and 20 push-ups per session with 3 sessions per day. Still putting in a min of 3.2 miles per day. Today I put in a total of 7.2 miles.
307.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
