Okay, I know this can't be right. Somehow I lost 2lbs overnight. It can't be my clothes since I only get on the scale butter ball naked. Don't even know why I got on the scale this morning.( I try to weigh in biweekly, except these past couple weeks, in which I've been doing it weekly cause of my current challenge.)since its gotta be some kind of fluke right? I haven't been doing anything special... I'm not gonna log it in until I weigh in again next week.

I wish I wasn't so lazy. If it wasn't for my involvement in this challenge, I'd probably only excersice maximum 3 times a week. And that's only when I make it to the park. I hate the treadmill, its always staring at me...

I did justinemarie's sexy leg work outs thing this morning after I jogged a mile and my legs are already sore. Usually it takes until the next day, but I felt it immediately. I can only imagine how I looked when I went yo the grocery store. (I was pushing the cart and trying to stretch my quads and hammies.) it feels so good to stretch when they're sore like that. :) not to mention by abdominals are sore as hell too from yesterday sit ups. I feel sooo good. Only thing is after a work out like that, I get so hungry.

I feel really good about my workout today. I did a 12min mile :-D, then walked another mile. After that, I did some weight training and sit ups. so I'm feeling GOOD.

Well I intended to run for 15 minutes and walk for 15... But I only managed to run(attempt)for 10 and walked for 10. At least I did my 20. :-)
