I wish I wasn't so lazy. If it wasn't for my involvement in this challenge, I'd probably only excersice maximum 3 times a week. And that's only when I make it to the park. I hate the treadmill, its always staring at me...
152.3 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
