Im a victim of that too, my cravings varies from month to month. One month its sweet thing another it anything with meat and so on, Im trying to fight it sometimes I mange sometimes I give in

first day of my 21 days
I almost joined TLC this month, Im glad I didn't I was going to fail, I will never be able to eat 500 cals per day for so long. I tried 5:2 ways of eating I failed and I was only eating 500 cals for 2 days a week. im now aiming for 1300 - 1500 a day so far so good

What is a good time to run 5 km in?
That's supper fast, I cant remember what my time was on 5k, but I do 10k in 77 minutes

Artificial sweetener
Personally I have noticed a weight stall when i add sugar to my coffee, as soon as i switch to sweetners it starts to fall off again. I would say give yourself a week or two using the sweetner and see if it makes any difference to your weight. for me it doesnt i drink 3 cups of coffee a day with 2 sachets of sweetnes on each
