Went walking today with the dog. Round trip was about 2 mi. The dog was tuckered out (poor puppy) but happy to have walked in nice weather and chased squirrels.
Had a late breakfast (more like brunch), hence no lunch, skipped to an early dinner than light snacks. Not sure if that's good but it's working. lol

Breakfast out the way....now I start on water challenge. :-)
Late start today. It's almost 12:30am (1/8) and I'm down 4 bottles of water! Ugh! My only current motivation is that I'm watching The Biggest Loser that I DVRed from earlier today!
A bit of a pig-out for dinner, but it was delicious leftovers from a couple of days ago; couldn't let it go! Was hoping husband would've eaten it for dinner instead!
Bought makings for a salad and some more veggies so I'll be on tract for my breakfasts and lunches.
Here's to another pound this week!

Woke up sicker today but not super bad. Still babying it 'cause I really want to focus on eating better but hard when you're feeling blah. Slept in all morning and had Cream of Wheat instant hot cereal in chocolate for a late breakfast! It was actually very good for instant; but don't consider it a breakfast item in chocolate; more like a snack! Hubby made it with 2% milk. Def will eat again (had used sample).
Will be going through Hungry Girl's cookbooks (luv them!) and start planning meals. Since I'm presently home during the day, easier to stay on track during the day. Hard part, hubby and dinner. Guess I can save calories for then?
Nightime snack? Pomegranate! Messy (work my cooking apron!) but fun while TV watching.
Hoping roads clear up, want to go back to walking with the dog! (Plows never made it on my street, hence ice is melting slowly...Grrr)
Tomorrow is Day 5. I'll weigh in, so I can get on a Sunday weigh in schedule.
