I ate at the Garden Cafe yesterday. God, I love their food! Couldn't decide between the Power Wrap (egg whites, spinach in a green wrap with balsamic dressing) and their Autumn Delight salad (grilled chicken, dried blueberries, blue cheese crumbles, pumpkin seeds, balsamic dressing)...I got both! Brought back about 1/4 of the salad. Thinking of having it for lunch today.

Not feeling well sucks 'cause hard to focus on what to eat; just want comfort food.

Glad doing this. My motto: If I don't want to write and see it in print, don't eat! ha!

Weighed myself yesterday and today, it shows about a pound down but we know how that works for me so I'm not recording until the weekend! :-)

As soon as I start feeling a bit better, and the streets clear up from the ice, will walk the dog.

Interesting: Yesterday, although relatively close to Target's door, made myself walk the cart back instead of leaving it on the side. Talked myself to stop being so damn lazy, it's only a few feet and I need to move! :-) Worked!
