Even though I lost weight according to the scale, I don’t seem to see it physically. Does it take time to see a difference even if the weight was lost healthily and gradually?

-Be active in the community
-Make healthy food choices
-Think of long term satisfaction rather than short term satisfaction when it comes to choosing food.

Counting your macros + measuring your food accurately + recording your food + developing healthy habits + exercising at least 20 minutes of cardio a day = success to weight loss :D
