Thanks Dee Dee! I'm new to this but I was pretty sure I wasn't going to lose on 2100 cals a day. I wonder why it would say that if I said I wanted to lose weight not stay the same?? Anyway, I just started this on monday so I'm doing a lot of research. I've been staying around 1700 calories a day so far. Compared to eating pretty much whatever I wanted before that I think I'm doing pretty good.

Yes I've done all that. Age 44, wt 231, low activity,180 goal, lose 1-2 pounds per week. It just doesn't seem like it is correct.

How can my RDI be 2100 calories? This seems too high. I want to lose 50 lbs. Is this right?
