I am 36 and have been on a health and fitness journey for quite some time now. I have the ongoing problem of losing weight and then gaining it right back to where my body seems to comfortable. I have pretty much been the same weight for the past 10+ years, but the body is what keeps changing.
I have finally decided that now is the time to stop this ridiculous back and forth and finally make the changes necessary to get and keep the weight off once and for all. With the help of my amazingly supportive husband, I have a goal and I am finally ready to put forth the effort to achieve it.
