Calling All Atkins Induction Folks...
Hello! I am in my second week of Induction. I did really well until I hit the weekend. I had a couple of beers during the Ohio State football game. But instead of falling off the wagon and letting it roll over me, I just started back up the very next day and have been very good so far! I am down 4 pounds which stinks because I had hoped for more, but my pants feel so much looser! Yay!
I want to lose 40 pounds. It will take awhile, but I guess I didn't put it on overnight so it won't come off overnight. LOL

Thoughts on a Pound of Fat
Woo Hoo gal! Congrats on your loss! I am down 4 pounds and I was bumming a little but after I read your post, you put it in perspective for me. Your right! We should be proud of every pound lost. I just joined your challenge. (Sorry I haven't been online lately. Busy at work.) But I will do a better job checking in and logging my food.
