woooo hooo! WOW! you'd think that my being mexican would help me out just a tad with my Zumba, HA! You'd be wrong! I still can not dance! I'm getting a little better but dang! I did however get "zumba pro" after my 45 min. class on the Wii. With more practice i'll get it one day, maybe! anyway I am POOPED! sweating like a hog, I am gonna finish my water and go to BED!

ok so still doing ok. Did my zumba for about an hour yesterday had fun. wanted to do it today but havent had a chance yet! Maybe before bed. I got back past that 10 pound mark, and this time I am going to break the 15! I got down 14 before halloween and the holidays.
Been staying away from sweets! very proud of myself, I have like 6 boxes of girlscout cookies and I have only eaten 2 cookies! Still need to work on my water intake, its so hard to drink that much water!
I did run around with my kids at school this morning, they chased me, I chased them, it was fun! had 2 slim fasts today, one for breakfast and one for lunch so I hope I can have something reasonable for dinner.
I have never done the slim fast thing the right way, but I am doing it this week, curious to see what happens.

ok so I'm still trying!
I got Zumba for the Wii, I totally dig it. I am not a dancer at all, but its alot of fun in the safety of my living room!
Been doin slim fast this weekend, kinda. Still watching what I eat as usualy, but the slim fast is helping me get the calories I dont get on my own! I wish I could eat all day long like I am supposed to and eat healthy and still get the cals I need. However, I can do all but get the cals I need. I ALWAYS struggle to break like 800, unless I just go on a binge which I dont want to do! I'm learning, and hopefully one day I'll get it. On the other hand happy I lost another pound! I am happy to be back on track!

Blah, ok I bought Zumba for the Wii havent tried it yet, too busy and too many people in the living room! :) I also decided I was gonna try the slim fast plan for a week and see what happens. I dont always have time for lunch at work with my kiddos, and I am like NEVER hungray anyway. So I need to focus on eating enough calories and so I thought the slim fast is all set up for me so with that and water and eating a reasonable meal for dinner or lunch or something, we will see what happens. I need this stupid cold weather to go away so I will go outside and start walking/joggin again. Its just too cold for me.
