ok ok ok here we are again, same thing what do I always say? " I am really gonna do it this time" UGH! well i have been good off and on, spring break week was terrible! There is a biggest loser competition at my work, and the winner by the end of school wins the "pot" of money we all contributed! Top 3 spots get some cash, only problem? there are like almost 20 people participating. Which is awesome cause we will all lose some weight which is the real goal right?
WEll I am gettin on it now, I can come in last place! We are going by percentage of weight lost not actual pounds lost, also good, so its more fair.
Anyway Wish me luck I am getting on this for real this time.
No excuses!

better day yesterday, and I have been to the store twice and didnt buy my gummy bears. There is something in them that are addictive, I just know it! anyway, got rid of some of that water weight from all the sodium this weekend!
I'm gettin back on track!

ok so over the past weekend I gained .8 pounds, boo! but had a crazy weekend! watching the special needs daughter of a sick friend all weekend, then drove 300 plus miles to and from a funeral on monday! needless to say not much time for healthy food planning or preperation. I am proud of myself though, a huge spread of food at the reception after the funeral and all I ate was ONE small cakeball! and it was sooo yummy. thats about the only time I held back this weekend though. anyway back on track! getting it done again!
gotta get rid of that pound I gained.
