ok so still doing ok. Did my zumba for about an hour yesterday had fun. wanted to do it today but havent had a chance yet! Maybe before bed. I got back past that 10 pound mark, and this time I am going to break the 15! I got down 14 before halloween and the holidays. Been staying away from sweets! very proud of myself, I have like 6 boxes of girlscout cookies and I have only eaten 2 cookies! Still need to work on my water intake, its so hard to drink that much water! I did run around with my kids at school this morning, they chased me, I chased them, it was fun! had 2 slim fasts today, one for breakfast and one for lunch so I hope I can have something reasonable for dinner. I have never done the slim fast thing the right way, but I am doing it this week, curious to see what happens. wish me luck!
