I weighed 175 thru college but reached 240 3 years ago. Working with a nutritionist I lost 30 lbs but then gained 1/2 of it back. Last year with weight watchers I lost another 25. I have gained 1/2 of it back and am now determined to get to my goal of 192! I enjoy exercise and keep active but I also enjoy pizza, ice cream and buffalo wings. I need to track my food on a daily basis as this seems to help me make better decisions.
