yep , i find that i must because i am ravenous by mid morning and i use them for pre-evening workout snack as well

eating less than RD
I need some feedback...On weight watchers im supposed to eating 22 points per day, about 1300-1400 calories (with the ability to have e few extra points from a weekly allowance...) but i find that the RDI that i have computed that i need 2000 calories . this is probably bc of all th eexcercise i am doing, (training for a sprint triathalon..) I am going with the points and eating about 1400-1500 calories... but the weight loss isnt happening... why am i not losing !!!!!!
