I have been trying to lose weight for years and just keep gaining. I joined TOPS several times and would lose for a while and then start gaining again. My husband had a stroke 8 years ago and I had to stop working to stay at home with him. My doctor told me I need to take care of myself in order to take care of my husband, so I plan to get out and walk each morning before he wakes up. I also will write down everything I eat, try to plan my meals ahead of time, drink lots of water (instead of diet cokes), and start watching my serving sizes. It is late at night as I write this, so I am starting all of this tomorrow as soon as I get up. I think I will finally make it this time!!!
