I have not been feeling well the past several weeks and have had so much fluid retention that I had to see my doctor. He is running tests and gave me some diuretics to try to get some of the fluid off. After I have an echocardiogram and know everything is okay with my heart I plan to try to get back to walking. I also injured my knee and it hurts to move it so that has been a problem for me as well.

This morning my scale shows a 2 lb loss for the past 3 days so I am doing better! I feel like I stay busy, but can't find things on the exercise list to show what I have done. For example, I have 2 long haired dogs that are a real chore to bathe and it wears me out doing it, but I haven't included that as exercise because I don't see an activity that is comparable.

Looks like I didn't do too well today when I see the total calories I consumed. The diet calendar will be a big help to me so I can see where my problems are. This is my first day, so i WILL do better tomorrow!!
