I have been married for 26yrs, have two children, and live on Long Island NY.. three yrs ago lost 401bs with WW and fell off the wagon and gained it all back, just recently lost my job and now feel the need to get my life back on track. I have two Labs that love to walk , so i thought i would start by getting back into walking again with them.
