I am a 50 yo single mother of 4 children 27, 14,13 and 9, I work full time and have been heavy for most of my life. Eight years ago I had the lap band surgey and lost 150 pds and have managed to keep most of it off for the 8 yrs. Right now I am at 162 and my goal weight is to get to between 150 and 155 which is the best for me, at least I think so! LOL I have recently rejoined Curves and go 3x week and use a treadmill 3x week.
