I spent the last two weeks SLEEPING. I have never been that sick for that long. It totally sucked, and I had a lot of water retention from Gatorade, broth and nsaids. Worried all my hard work with Hammer & Chisel was going to just be a wash, I came back strong and hard yesterday. Felt great to be back to my routine. Got today's workouts in, pushed to failure, still did a Cize disc. My ass, quads and hammies are protesting my every move. AND I LOVE IT. Annnnd, I drank a gallon of water yesterday. I feel like ME again. :)

Holy Finally Friday!
I don't always get sick, but when I do, zomgz. Knocked me on my as for 3 days. The first day, I slept about 20 hours and made a whole 1700 steps. I didn't even take the kids to school, since I kept blacking out each time I tried to walk. Two more days in bed, only getting up to do school drop off and pick up, and some laundry the third day. Felt great today, but cautioned myself to take it easy. Ha... impossible, once on my treadmill, I'm unstoppable.
So drink it up, this one's for you.....
and by you, I mean me... and you. And you.. and you, too.
