I can't help it...I am weak to korean bbq
I know the feeling. I try to match the dish to the more general categories available on the internet sites like this one and others.
For instance, for Bulgogi, I'll use "Beef", "1 serving" and so on.
I don't even worry about the veggies.

The fat acceptance movement
Being fat is not evil. But it is a health risk and a symptom of a larger problem our species is facing. Recognizing it as a problem is the first step toward healing it. In a non-politically correct environment, certain counter-(re)productive behaviors and traits are naturally marginalized and therefore contained. None of us are happy when we feel and are told we are too big or too skinny. It strikes us at the core of our survival instinct. It really has less to do with outward beauty than it does being fit enough to compete.
They should accept their being overweight as the nature/God's way of reminding them that they're not being nice to their own bodies.

Do you like bananas?
I love bananas. Very filling. If, by healthy, you mean low in calories, then no relatively speaking. Like prettypastry said, loaded with potasium which is a good thing.

I don't think calories per day mean anything.
Your intake can be 5000,if you're burning 5001 a day.
However, humans generally thrive on a lower calorie diet. It's not good to chronically overtax your system and you're more productive when you're not always eating.
