Definitely stronger with lifting and walking and elliptical, but didn't actually "lose weight". Muscle gain weighs something too, so maybe I'll have to start measuring inches to see the loss...

I've noticed this week that if I don't eat much in the morning or at lunch, I tend to consume too many calories in the evening, trying to make up for the deficit. Therefore, I need to make sure that I eat something nutritious yet filling in the earlier part of the day... Hate going over my RDI. :)

Feeling relatively well, no headaches or fatigue. Gotta make sure to prioritize exercising every day. Already feeling better psychologically.

Going to stick to fruit & veggie smoothies for breakfasts and lunches to see if that gives me some results. Fasting doesn't work with me as I get headaches.
