Yay! I am so eccited, I just can't hide it!! I've loss 6.6 lbs. since my last weigh-in 2 weeks ago. September 28th is my birthday and I'll be 62-years-old. Who says, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks?" I beg to differ that saying! 😜 Anyway, as with, any day that I have a date with the evil, wicked, lying scales; my hands get clammy, sweat pours off my brow, I quit breathing, and my knees go to knocking. However, today. I almost fell off my Wii board and speed my pants when I saw the weight loss! My next weigh-in is October 6th and I'm expecting at least a 2 lb. weight loss. Look in the mirror at that awesome person you are and say, "I can and will do this today and worry about tomorrow when it gets here!" Stay true to yourself! After all, it is yours and only your journey alone. Don't let others knock you off your path!

Saturday is my weigh-in date, but I must share with all of you my excitement! Last month I celebrated that I was down to size 18 slacks. Well, I am so excited to announce that I am officially down to size 16 slacks!! Yes! My husband constantly is remarking on how nice my behind looks!! He says, "Baby you've lost the shelf off your butt!!" Anyone who has been as big as I was knows exactly what he's talking about...😁 I guess my twerking days are over, but will not be missed one bit! I hate the scale, but love it when my body says, " Look! You don't need no stinken scale to show you that your sexiness is shining through! Now, go out and buy yourself some smaller size clothes!! Celebrate the inches you lose and DO NOT put all your success on that wicked, evil scale! Thanks to all my Fat Secret supporters for sharing your success and the ups and downs of your journey as it helps me to carry on with mine. Keep being true to yourself and keep journeying on you'll get there!
