Today, I am feeling extremely tired! But why? I think I must've ran out of gas! lol I know what it is! I've exerted myself all week! Let me share with you! I fuss with and run an 8-year-old to and from school. I work on house cleaning, laundry, feeding my animals, preparing a healthy dinner, quilting, hunting and running to the gym 3 days a week! Doesn't sound like much, but this 63-year-old hag... feels it ALLl throughout her body! However, all-in-all, I feel amazing with the success I am having on my WOE! I hate the scales so I try to avoid them as long as possible! I determine my weight loss by the way my skin and clothes feel on my body! Sound ridiculous? One can tell a lot about ones own body just by clothing and touch. Try it! Anyway, I am encouraging myself to love myself. Be forgiving to myself, and take in good, quality tips, tricks, and advice from the ones who have achieved success on their journey! Thanks for letting me blabber and your kind support! Always appreciated!
