Today, I am feeling extremely tired! But why? I think I must've ran out of gas! lol I know what it is! I've exerted myself all week! Let me share with you! I fuss with and run an 8-year-old to and from school. I work on house cleaning, laundry, feeding my animals, preparing a healthy dinner, quilting, hunting and running to the gym 3 days a week! Doesn't sound like much, but this 63-year-old hag... feels it ALLl throughout her body! However, all-in-all, I feel amazing with the success I am having on my WOE! I hate the scales so I try to avoid them as long as possible! I determine my weight loss by the way my skin and clothes feel on my body! Sound ridiculous? One can tell a lot about ones own body just by clothing and touch. Try it! Anyway, I am encouraging myself to love myself. Be forgiving to myself, and take in good, quality tips, tricks, and advice from the ones who have achieved success on their journey! Thanks for letting me blabber and your kind support! Always appreciated!

Day 2 of my (IF) I went 12 hours and woke up very hungry. So, I broke my fast with black coffe, 2 hard cooked eggs, 2 Bob Evans breakfast sausage patties, and 16.9oz bottle of water.

Diet followed reasonably well

Intermittent Fast (IF)Day 1...I made it 25 hours. Yay! So, I broke my fast with a half a cup of asparagus steamed in Kerrygold butter, 1medium tomato with pink Himalaya salt, and 2oz. Smoked sausage. I am pleased.
Tomorrow morning I will get to the gym, for my 45 minute workout.
All of us, here in Fatsecret, have our own personal weight issue; hence, the word "Personal!" Remember this, no two people lose or gain weight identical! So, take this journey your way whether it be low carb/high fat, calories in/calories out, long hours in the gym or a short walk around the block! It's your personal journey. It's your choice how you reach your goal. Thanks for your support Fatsecret! I truly do appreciate it!

My plan: 10/01 start my 24h fasting; which will consist of liguids (water and bone broth only). 10/02 water and jell-o. 10/03 4oz. Swanson chicken, small tomato, and 1c. lettuce. After 3 days this will help jump start me back into my normal routine. Encourage me on! Thank you all for your wonderful support!
