HELP!
Okay, so mother nature must REALLY hate me. Around my time of the month my greasy fatty food cravings go off the chart. I spent all weekend eating at midnight from horrid places like taco bell and pizza hut. It was mighty delicious but I hate the "I'm a horrible person I must really not want to lose weight, start saving for lipo" feeling I get afterwards. I'm not overweight but I know it's bad for my body and my waistline...and my wallet. I'm already self conscious about my body and with every fast food window it gets worse and I feel like indulging with icky food even more. This only happens when I'm about a week away from starting my period. Any ideas on how to help curb the cravings. I do well, for the most part, the rest of the month but I feel like that week before my period really keeps the pounds on. Any advice? Thanks
