40, married, 3 children. Need to lose 15, would like to lose 25. I've had NO luck taking of any weight other than when using Phentermine, which is not a long term solution. I have zero will power and never stick to anything more than a few days. It's time to make some serious lifestyle changes or I will not have the quality of life I want in the second half of my life.
