Hello FatSecret community. Today is the 1st of September, and I am happy to weigh in at 178.8 pounds. On June 19th I broke out of the 190 pound zone and weighed in at 186 pounds. Then on July 15th I weighed in as low as 181 pounds. After that, I took an unexpected break from my diet for the rest of July and most of August. I didn't gain weight, but I didn't lose either. I intermittent fasted what I could and ate the foods I wanted. Well it's good to eat the foods you want and maintain your current weight. But I still need to lose about 18 pounds to achieve a reasonable BMI / Body Mass Index number. So on the last week of August, I buckled down on my diet and broke out of the 180's. Today I pulled out a pound of pork sausage to eat after I break my fast. Total calories for the sausage comes out to 1260. That will be my meal and calories for the day. Below are pictures of food & some of the coffees I've purchased over the weeks. Snickerkicker is my favorite coffee, it taste like a snickers candy without the calories. The bag of espresso roast was whole coffee beans. I didn't know that, but I ground up the coffee beans in the blender then brewed the coffee to enjoy. The chicken soup picture was home made. It had chicken onions carrots celery & corn plus broth from the chicken. It was originally supposed to be chicken noodle soup, but my wife and I decide to omit the noodles & save them for stroganoff. The soup was good. Well I hope you all have a progressive September.

Hello FatSecret community. Today is the 1st day of August, which gives me a reason to get serious again for losing weight. My last weigh in was July 15th, I made it to as low as 181 pounds. I needed a little break and my Wife's birthday was last week. So we ate at Red Lobster. The food was so good, I'll remember it for the rest of the year. Well I'm just going by the book today and recording what I believe to be mostly a water weight gain. I should of been about 175 pounds by now, considering I been losing 10 pounds a month. Well what I learned is that after losing over 50 pounds since January, my body now weighs less and requires lass calories a day. So I will have to make a calorie adjustment combined with intermittent fasting to fine tune what was working for me. I got plenty of protein in the refrigerator and some fat in the form of cheese. Plus I might eat more avocados this month because they do a good job of maintaining satiety without raising the calories to high. I posted pictures of some of the food I had for the month of July. The pictures are Enchiladas, Beef Jerky, home made Popcorn, Caesar salad, Shrimp Lobster Crab & Broccoli from Red Lobster. Plus some Coffee. Well I had a good July and look forward to making progress this month. Sorry this wasn't a great weight drop journal, but it will come for me this month.
