Well, I'm home from the hospital now, and weighed in. I am extremely aggravated and upset that I gained 19 pounds!!! I am meeting with my Dr. To discuss an alternate med that hopefully won't contribute to weight gain. My fitness and nutrition goal are back in effect as of this morning. I have proven that I can lose the weight before, just need to buckle down and do it again. Instead of closing with " wish me luck", I will say that I need all the support and encouragement I can get.
