I have recently entered into my 30's. I find myself reflecting on my life a lot more lately, as I'm sure this is a normal part of getting "older". Most of us are pretty far off of the path that we dreamed or expected as children. I'm not saying that I haven't found happiness or success in what I am doing; however, more of not doing the things that I always imagined would define who I wanted to be. Goal setting has become more of an everyday practice for me in my attempts to "bridge the gap" between the person I want to be and the person I have become. I rank health and fitness as a very high priority on this list - if I can feel better and look better, I am confident that I will have the energy and positive mind set to assist in achieving all of the other personal goals I set and challenges that life throws at me.
