Hi my FatSecret,
I write this journal to inform you that progress has been made towards my goal of achieving my goal of having a perfect body. My weight has increased considerably. I now weigh 76.5Kg. My next challenge is to include leg workouts and improve my nutrition.
These days I consider myself a professional in terms of motivation. I cannot be stopped nor dominated in this field. I get fuelled with motivation whenever the context changes to a less favourable one. It is always important to remain humble and know how to respond accordingly to specific circumstances.
