Ok fatsecret,
I have been performing exercises for 3 weeks. The initial week consisted solely in losing overall fat and localized belly fat. Week two had a focus character aimed at very specific muscle groups at the gym and complementary workout timetable creation at home, where workouts went twice a day. The concluding week three was a fitting segment similar to the prior in a bigger picture.
Critically analyzing my bodybuilding road-map I am able to assert that there were slight changes in my muscle structure. But, for the first time I am able to denote a fatty layer that is quite persistent to disappear. Consequence of:
Lack of Discipline in eating
Lack of Organization
No Serious objectives
No Final Vision
Not much focus
Poor Preparation and/or Planning
Poor tools and/or usage
