I'm a dancer first and formost- I have recently transitioned from and outside active job to an almost 100% desk job- it's brutal.
But I try to dance for 5-6 hours a week. I do HIIT training- and circuit training with a lot of jump roping to keep the secretary spread at bay!
I ride a horse and a motorcycle (at different times) and I work as a personal trainer for my gym. I love working out- and I love helping people work out and I love talking working out- fitness is a huge part of my life. I'm all about living life the fullest and I truly believe part of that is being in the best shape I can be!
