Today I got off to a bad start. Chocolate chip muffin then TGIF for dinner. Still under my RDI but totally not a part of my diet. Oh well tomorrow is a new day and plus it was really good food today.

Sticking to the diet well. Let me tell you it is hard with others eating chips cookies and cake around you at home...lol

Too much bray cake and good food put some weight on me thAnk goodness weigh in today is the one that counts! I also did some healthy grocery shopping, good luck all I know I will need it lol.
