I began going sporadically to the YMCA with Tonya.
Another note:
I am noticing that the French onion dip does not agree with my stomach. It reacts in my stomach the same way that beans do. Any kind of pinto, black whatever, they bloat me up and give me horrendous gas for at least a day.

I have been at Grandma Crockett's. I didn't do very well. At least, my weight shows me heavier, but I think it might be a reaction to bell peppers. I feel bloated and my tummy hurts like I have extra gas or something. There were bell peppers in the meatloaf which my mom made and I ate yesterday at lunch. I have been hurting since about 4:00Pm. I guess, I haven't gotten over my reaction to bell peppers.
I haven't been a gluton. I haven't eaten a lot. However, I have been working hard outside for several days now. I am feeling it. I also normally weigh of a morning. I will weigh again tomorrow morning if I feel lighter.

The last few days I have cut my calorie intake and am only eating around 1200 calories. I am trying very hard not to go over this amount. I will see over the next week how I do. I am allowing myself to go off for the weekends and just eat normal food.

Over the holidays, I lost ground. I ate a lot sugar and gained 10 pounds. Since the holidays, I have had problems trying to get back on track. I have lost the will to lose. I gave up. Then, when I thought I would not be able to control my sugar tooth, I decided to buy some supplements with my last order. They helped tremendously. Then I got sick! I have had diarreah for 3 days in a row. I haven't taken any supplements except minerals, body by vi shake mix in some things and gatorade. So, I have lost 7 pounds in two days. I had been hovering around 255 - 256 for several weeks. Wow! I just needed to get sick to get through it all!
