The last few days I have cut my calorie intake and am only eating around 1200 calories. I am trying very hard not to go over this amount. I will see over the next week how I do. I am allowing myself to go off for the weekends and just eat normal food.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
