Yeah! I reached goal 1 for myself. I don't normally measure and weigh each day, but this week, I wanted to closely monitor my weight. So I measured my body everyday and my weight every day. I am finally going back down in weight. I am very excited! I haven't been this low in awhile. Pretty soon, I just might have to get some new clothes! Nah, I'll just add elastic to what I have for a bit. Still can't afford new clothes, but with God's help, I am getting there!

For the first time on this "diet" if you want to call it that I actually gained inches. I have been eating more like I had before I started on this. Eating more sweet things rather than allowing myself to be satisfied with what I have.
So, I have returned to being more aware of my intake and the kind of food that I am eating. Instead of reaching for candy or cookies for a snack, I am reaching for cottage cheese or some vegetable. I know this will help because the last two days, I had eaten 5 cookies at lunch and dinner! Yeah, I splurged over the weekend and ate more food. I paid for it!
I have also started going to the YMCA with my eldest daughter. She has been begging me to take her so that we can go and swim, therefore, I am. I have loved swimming since I was little bitty. I have always been called the fish of the family because of my love of swimming.
Well, here goes! A new beginning!

I was not real sure that this would even help me when I started. I only knew that three of my friends here in town had been on it and had lost a lot of inches. As I researched this company. I found that this "shake mix" is a nutritional supplement loaded with important nutrients for the body. I kept researching until I felt confident that this was something which I could do and be a part of.
God provided the way for me to become a part of this company and as of two weeks later, I am 8 pounds lighter and 12 inches smaller. Even my clothes are starting to show the difference!
