In the summer of 2011 I was 220. I used this app to see what I was eating and how many calories I was inhaling. WOW! I was shocked. I was eating about 3000 calories a day!!! I quickly shifted and decreased my caloric intake to 1500 a day!!! I lost 40 lbs. in about three month. Also, I became a gym RAT! Running about 6 miles a day and lifting. My lowest weight was 165, but 170 was my average. I kept that weight off for two years;) I loved my body! Now a year has passed and all of my work has dissipated and I am back to 212lbs, with no clothes that actually fit -_- So now I am back and excited to take this journey again. Yes, it is crazy to see how I let myself go and the about of weight, but it is a part of life-s##t just happens ;)
Don't give up ya'll- WE CAN DO THIS; SLOWLY BUT SURELY, WE WILL GET OUR SEXY BACK!!
