I am a 28 year old mother of two. I'm currently working on losing the baby fat I accumulated during my pregnancy. My son is 7 months old now and I've lost almost 30 lbs with 5lbs to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and 16lbs to go to get to my goal weight. Although its taken awhile, I'm pretty proud of my progress. My diet mostly consists of fruits and vegetables(sometimes juiced) with healthy portions of lean protein and good fat. I have recently found out that I am lactose intolerant and also have intolerances to other foods (such as soy, most nuts, and most seeds) even though changing my normal "diet" foods has been difficult I think having these intolerances has actually helped me in the long run. I can't eat most foods that are considered unhealthy, not only because they will ruin my diet, but also because they will make me sick.
