I think this is for people who get up at a normal hours... You get up at 2PM no way can you do this.
Yeah, I hear you. Depending on your schedule, this blows... I screwed up yesterday because of my one-time schedule LOL. I'm glad you get the idea though. The goal here is to have an empty stomach ...

I'm going to have to do this also. By the time I get home after work and gym and cook...it's going to have to be 8. Hopefully it'll still work. :)

Time to be a smart a$$! It said no eating... And so I sit here at 840 pm drinking beer... Gawd, happy friday people! I'm still within my calorie intake though... Lol I'm drinking, not eating!

Ironically, there was another challenge and in it's mini challenges for the week, this was one of them. I have started (the last 2 days only) to not eat anything after 7pm. Eating 5-6 meals a day ...
