Self hack: lowering OCD symptoms via reducing brain histamine by lowering protein.

Based on protein creating histadine/histamine

I'm going to set a goal to keep protein below 40-50g per day, and see how it impacts my OCD levels.

I will also start to follow other principles of low/anti-histamine diet as I learn them...

Expect it take 2-4 months to really get this down...

I will also start to keep a daily journal of my experiences here and watch how that correlates to what I'm eating.

Sometimes to avoid EMFs for a day or 2 I will do a written journal entry.
