Whew. So I ate an orange, then a banana, then about 1/4 of a birthday cake. I obviously don't have control of the sugar yet. I went up 4 pounds and then back to the same from last Friday. Clothes still fit great and off to ski for the week so exercise kickoff here I come.

Stayed the same. Had a couple a rough days with dining out for a b'day celebration. Back in ketosis now b/c legs are achey. Starting 4% challenge in a couple days.

Whew...it's been a big week. Inches finally showing as weight loss this week. This was a conference week so ecstatic that i managed to record a loss...must have been all that walking, talking, and little sleep. For clothes...putting the bigger size into storage this weekend and definitely enjoying my smaller size.

Not thrilled or excited about the gain this week, but recording it anyway. I wished I measured b/c I'm wearing my black cords that I bought 2 years ago and only wore once. So I'm making progress, just not on the scale this week. This week: V-Day...passed on all sweets, but had two (tried to be low carb) dinners out that probably stalled things.
