Whew. So I ate an orange, then a banana, then about 1/4 of a birthday cake. I obviously don't have control of the sugar yet. I went up 4 pounds and then back to the same from last Friday. Clothes still fit great and off to ski for the week so exercise kickoff here I come.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
