Not thrilled or excited about the gain this week, but recording it anyway. I wished I measured b/c I'm wearing my black cords that I bought 2 years ago and only wore once. So I'm making progress, just not on the scale this week. This week: V-Day...passed on all sweets, but had two (tried to be low carb) dinners out that probably stalled things.
