I am a 28 year old who works full time and goes to school part time. Eating right and working out have been very difficult for me over the past few years so I have gotten a bit off track with both. I am hoping to lose about 25 lbs more and continue to eat this way for good I also have begun going to our local ymca everyday and working out for an hour each day if possible. I am excited as I see the results from the first week and a half and hope to continue towards my goal smoothly and pick up some good habits along the way.
