The Future Of Challenges: Experiment
Hey People!
I just wanted to let everyone know about this new group. Here is a brief explanation of my idea. I want to make a whole new kind of challenge. I want to make a challenge that joins the biggest loser rules and fatsecret together with a little bit different rules and ideas. The whole creation will be made by fatsecret members with great ideas and we will join them together to make a whole new way to make challenges. Their is a much more clear and descriptive explanation in the forum of this group. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Anyone trying to gain weight?

Nimm, you know your stuff! I do realize some of the weight gained will be fat, but I hope most or all will be muscle. What you said earlier is completely true. My ultimate goal is to gain 10 ibs, and I just made it a 4 wk challenge. Thanks for the info btw.

I dont see it being miraculous. But I think its a goal that makes me work hard. I understand that 2 ibs would be understandable, Im just aiming high. Smile
