Black Bean Soup
Hi everyone....

I've been on the SB for 13 days now. I wanted to know if anyone knows how much black bean soup that is allowed? I love it with hot sauce and can eat it for every meal. I've been sticking to Phase one with NO cheating but I'm afraid that eating to much black bean soup will slow done my weight loss even though it's good carbs. Help someone. PLEASE.
