Went to New York over the weekend had 1 really bad meal and 2 really bad coices that screwed up the week along with a visit from my monthly fried surpiced that I lost a pound. Next Sunday should show improve. Till then keep up the good work.

I am elated, I woke this morning and weighed myself the scale gave me a great way to start my day. 246.6 WHOA, WHAO, this is great. I followed the diet 100% except for my chocolate muffin slipup on day 2.I cant wait to see what it says next week. What a morale boost.

I have been extremely good this week after I broke down on day two and had a chocolate chip muffin. That was kinda of a wake up, if I want this I have to make these sacrifices in the beginning. The scale has been "The GREAT MOTIVATOR" there has definitely been some movement, I will post the weight on Sunday. I just finished my lunch, I went to Chipotle and had a barbacoa bowl with black beans(SB approved), Guacamole (SB approved), meat of course, Fresh tomato salsa and Lettuce with a little Sour cream (not SB approved because I am positive it is full fat). I also had a side of broccoli that I brought from home, I only ate half of the Chipotle and drank my water. I am very satisfied :).. Till another day, Keep up the good work.

First journal entry, I am doing the south beach diet. I weighed 285 this time last year and lost 50 pounds, exercising and eating right. Over the summer with a 50 pound weight loss it kind of goes to your head I gained back about 20 of those pounds. I am starting southbeach to get me back in the frame of eating right since I followed its basic principles with my last success. I will start to incorporate the exercise this weekend so that I can adjust. I do kind of miss my french fries and steak and cheeses (LOL). I can have one when I hit 199 pounds that is my treat. I just have to remember that a treat is a once in awhile thing. But hey losing 50 pounds everyday was like a treat. I will lose this weight and keep it off this time.I have to be more disciplined once i hit my goal. I absolutely love reading your journals and keep up the great work.
